About SILK-B♪
SILK-B♪ is a Japanese all-female band originally formed in the late 1980s. In 1989, the band appeared on Ikasu Band Tengoku (Ikaten), a legendary Japanese TV program that introduced emerging bands to a nationwide audience. After performing until 1991, SILK-B♪ disbanded.
The band reunited for a special live show in 2020, paused activities during the pandemic, and officially resumed in 2023. Today, SILK-B♪ performs live once or twice a year, playing a mix of original songs and well-loved cover tunes.
We’ve all grown up since the ’80s, but our love for making music—and having fun together on stage—has never changed.
SILK-B♪（シルクビー）は1980年代後半に活動を開始したガールズバンド。
1989年には「いかすバンド天国（イカ天）」に出演し、1991年に解散。
2020年に復活ライブを開催し、2023年より再始動しました。
現在は年1～2回のペースでライブを行い、オリジナル曲はもちろん、誰もが知っているカバー曲も織り交ぜながら、メンバーみんなで音楽を楽しんでいます。
すっかり大人になったメンバーですが（笑）、今も楽しく活動中です。
